The role: Digital Media Consultant, Bahasa Indonesia
As a Digital Media Consultant in the Dedicated Client Services team, you will work alongside a Key Account Manager to help your portfolio's advertisers to scope and understand their marketing objectives and provide strategic advertising planning as well as tactical implementation and maintenance support of their Google AdWords accounts. You will collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to work closely with your advertisers, helping them grow their businesses and maximize the return on their marketing investments. You are detailed oriented, resourceful, analytical and have the ability multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This role demands thought leadership and an ability to drive innovation while achieving revenue goals and the highest customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with a list of dedicated clients that include. Provide ongoing strategic consultation and support and educate clients on new product features by proactively and creatively identifying solutions.
- Develop detailed AdWords campaign proposals for key advertisers. Develop keywords, advertising texts, bids, placement sites and other campaign parameters/features suggestions.
- Monitor and analyze key clients' campaigns, strategies and performance data in order to suggest improvements to increase the campaigns' return on investment.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of online advertising, your industry and your client base.
- Drive revenue for Google and be accountable for your account team's quarterly revenue quota.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. MSc degree or equivalent a plus.
- At least 3 years experience in sales, customer support, account management (direct and/or offline), marketing (product, direct and/or offline), marketing program management or consulting.
- Prior experience working in Asia (Southeast Asia a plus).
- High accuracy of work.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesian.
