As a Rich Media Specialist, you’ll maximize campaign activity to ensure high adoption/usage of DoubleClick's Rich Media product through focused education from initiating client interest, demonstrating the value proposition, best practice examples / ideas, product and campaign implementation, client training to mid campaign results and optimization coaching followed by campaign wrap-up for DoubleClick’s Rich Media products. You'll also provide support for highly complex technical issues from clients using various DoubleClick products (DFP, DFA, Rich Media). You bring a proven track record of analytical problem-solving and the ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience. Ideally you're already familiar with online advertising and have experience working within the industry. You should have a high technical aptitude and enjoy hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment. You are someone who can identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and launch and execute to continuously improve our operations. - Maximize revenue by ensuring high adoption/usage of DoubleClick's Rich Media; be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, creative agencies, internal teams and publisher sites by providing prompt, professional technical support and service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work with creative agencies to evangelize and train customers and employees on product fundamentals, best practices, advanced topics, new features, custom content and available self-help resources.
- Collaborate with other Google departments to drive communication, prioritization, analysis, and resolution of customer challenges and issues.
- Lead the analysis and research for complex technical issues and work with senior personnel on the Escalation Management, Engineering, Sales, and Product Management teams.
- Maintain industry, Google/DoubleClick product, and customer knowledge to provide successful ad management operational and technical consultation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance preferred.
- Proficiency in Flash and Actionscript (1.0 - 3.0) with knowledge of SQL, HTML/JavaScript, and Java, and experience troubleshooting clients' technical issues.
- Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Capability to become an expert in new technologies in a short time frame.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Web analytics and ad serving knowledge a plus.
